I'm kinda shocked that Calgary is not in the "top 25 least affordable" list. It must be #26.

Calgary is actually 91st. Even though housing costs in Calgary are as high as Kelowna, the average income is much much higher. That is why Calgary is only 4.8 while Kelowna is 8.5.
